Twisted Eggs Berryhill

Eggs Berryhill is a delicious twist on Eggs Benedict.  GREAT for the weekend! It's a lot easier than it looks!

Ingredients: Eggs, English Muffins, Onion, Mushroom, Green Pepper, Salt Pepper, Butter, Egg Yolks, 1 Lemon
- Toast the English Muffins.
- Saute the sliced onions, peppers, and mushrooms in an olive oil.  Cook them slowly on low heat until the onions are translucent and well cooked.  Salt and pepper to taste.
