Scubed Salmon


Ingredients:  Dijon Mustard, Honey, Salt, Pepper, Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, Dash of Thyme, Dash of Garlic Salt, Spoonful of Brown Sugar

-Salt and pepper the salmon.
-Mix the ingredients for the sauce.  Don't forget to taste it to make sure it is awesome and balanced!
-Place sauce over salmon before you bake it in the oven.
-Bake at 375 degrees until cooked to your liking. You can check it with a fork periodically. Nothing is worse than overcooked fish so check it!

We served it over sweet potato puree! Delicious!

Mardigan's Recommendation: I love me some fish!  I should be in the McDonald's commercials!
