Sweet-n-Healthy Parfait

Ingredients: Greek Yogurt *do your research of the ingredients, we like the brand FAGE Total because it does not contain any added sweeteners, preservatives, powdered milk etc., Fruit of your choice *we did Blackberries, Strawberries, Banana, Rolled Oats, Nut of your choice *we did Peanuts, and will try Walnuts next week, Raisins, Honey (Optional)

-Mix all ingredients together. Measurements are based on your preference. Do nothing with the oats (I know it seems weird) but add the oats in their natural form and it tastes delicious with the fruit and yogurt! Drizzle Honey as a natural sweetener on top. You'll be surprised at how great this parfait tastes. It is sweet and salty! Great start or end to your day. These parfaits are great in the morning or as a dessert.

Jonathan's recommendation: If you are like me and you have a sweet tooth, this is a great way to cure the craving.
Mardigan's recommendation: Don't bother! There is no bacon.
