Ingredients for Wood Chip Marinade:You can see in the picture above we have a lot of different fruit juices and sliced apple and mango. Use whatever you want. Remember you do not actually eat what is in the marinades so feel free to use unhealthy juices! Here are some ingredients we have used: Orange Juice, Apple Juice, Guava Nectar, Lemonade, Fruit Punch, Apple Slices, Orange Slices, Mango Slices *adds flavor to smoke, can soak wood chips 2 days to 30 minutes
Smoked Salmon Brine: Salt, Pepper, Old Bay Seasoning, 1 Lemon Squeezed, 1 cup Brown Sugar, Water *Can soak up to the 3 days
Smoked Shrimp Marinade: Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, Honey, Salt, Pepper, Old Bay Seasoning *Can marinade for 1 day
Smoked Lobster: NOTHING! The smoke flavor from the wood chips is enough and amazing!

Jonathan's Recommendation: Go big or go home! There's not much too it, just drink beer and have fun! Don't take the lid off often.
Mardigan's Recommendation: Do not eat the fire starters; they make you sick! Grab as many wood chips as fast as you can!
Just read about some guy using red wine and garlic for a wood chip smoker marinade. This guy sounds like a legend and we're trying this asap.
